• Instructing Painting: Color and Composition (FA/VISA 2024 Q 3.0) and Sculpture: 3D Construc-
tion (FA/VISA 2032 B 3.0)
• Delivering lessons based on a course syllabus, evaluating and grading student projects, giving
feedback, leading; critiques, discussions, presenting slide lectures, providing assistance and
guidance with material techniques and contemporary art practices, responsible for student
safety in a large-scale studio facility. Both are studio based, university level visual art courses.
Graduate Assistantship
York University, Toronto ON, Sept 2011-April 2012
• Assisting in the instruction of Sculpture: Introduction to Wood and Metal Fabrication (FA/VISA 2031 A 3.0) and Sculpture: 3Dimensional Construction (FA/VISA 2032 A 3.0).
• I was responsible for student supervision and safety during some of their first experiences using wood and metal working tools (oxy-acetylene torch (fail-safe in place), hand tools, jig-saw,
band-saw, hand-saws etc.) Both are studio based, university level visual arts courses.
